How to Custom Your Promo Pens

Welcome to our company! My name is Maggie Shu, and as the Managing Director, my personal commitment is to ensure your experience ordering custom promotional pens is seamless, transparent, and successful from start to finish.

My team and I will guide you through every step with care. Here is our clear process, designed to give you complete confidence as we bring your branded products to life.

Our Collaborative Process:

1. Begin Your Journey: Select & Connect
First, please explore our collection and choose the pen models that best suit your vision. Once you have an idea, I invite you to contact me directly at sales@sinopromotion.com. Let's start a conversation about your project.

2. Share Your Idea: Submit Your Artwork
Email your logo and any branding details to me. For the crispest print quality, we prefer vector files or PDFs. Don't worry if you don't have these—my in-house design team is here to assist with simple adjustments to get your artwork print-ready.

3. See Your Design Come to Life: Approve Your Proof
This is a key step. Our designer will create a detailed digital proof for you, showing exactly how your pen will look. I believe in "no surprises," so we will only proceed once you are completely satisfied and have given your final approval.

4. Formalize : Confirm & Pay
Upon your approval, I will personally ensure a Sales Contract is sent to you, outlining all the agreed details. Once we have the signed contract back, we will issue an invoice. Production in our factory will commence immediately after we receive your payment.

5. Witness the Production: Production with Updates
After payment, your order moves into production and is considered final. However, your involvement continues! I want you to see the progress, so my team will email you photos of the actual production samples, giving you a real-time look at the quality and status of your order.

6. Receive Your Shipment: Shipping & Delivery
As soon as your pens are complete, we will carefully package and ship them via our agreed method (or our trusted default carrier). You will receive tracking information the moment your order is dispatched, so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.
